MANAGEMENT TEAM Maajed Abahusayn President As President and Founder of Metropolitan Utilities, Mr. Abahusayn's current responsibilities include the overall strategic and technical development of the company. Prior to forming Metropolitan Utilities, he held a management position at CUC Multifamily Utility Solutions (now USIWest), and has a background in information systems management, project development and net-centric strategies. He is also involved in a number of charities including Childreach and the American Red Cross. Rowel Enriquez Executive Vice President As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder, Mr. Enriquez is responsible for internal billing operations at Metropolitan Utilities. His recent experience includes billing management and operations as well as research and analysis for local utilities and tax collectors. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to team building has been instrumental in the success of Metropolitan Utilities. Mr. Enriquez received a B.S. from California State University of Fullerton. Clara Eisenman Chief Financial Officer Ms. Eisenman brings an extensive accounting background to her position as CFO and Co-Founder of Metropolitan Utilities. Her experience ranges from working with financial institutions such as American Express, to multi-family property management companies. Ms. Eisenman served as Accounting Manager for Goldrich & Kest Industries and as Assistant Controller/Controller for Western National Property Management. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Finance and also holds an M.B.A in management from California State University, Los Angeles.
